Dr. James L. Souers is a board certified orthodontist and has practiced in Southwestern Michigan for over 25 years. He maintains practices in Three Rivers and Kalamazoo, Michigan.
He received his doctor of dentistry and orthodontic degrees from the University of Michigan, is a former Research Scholar at the University and has several professional publications to his credit. He was a dental officer in the U.S. Navy during the Vietnam war.

Dr. Souers is certified by the American Board of Orthodontics, is licensed by the State of Michigan in dentistry and in the specialty of orthodontics; he also holds a California Dental License. He is a long-standing active member of The American Association of Orthodontists, The Great Lakes Association of Orthodontists, Michigan Society of Orthodontists, American Dental Association, Michigan Dental Association and the Kalamazoo Valley District Dental Society.
Dr. Souers has lived in Southwestern Michigan nearly all his life.
