Braces are an important investment and we want to make your decision to receive orthodontic treatment affordable. Our orthodontic office offers a free initial consultation that includes an examination, X-rays and a discussion with the doctor regarding recommended treatment.

For your convenience, Michigan Orthodontic Specialists offers a variety of flexible payment plans, most with NO DOWN PAYMENT and low monthly payments. Payments are due each month, regardless of when appointments are scheduled. Check with our office staff if you have any questions or would like to obtain more specific information.

Several plans include NO DOWN PAYMENT.   Affordable NO DOWN PAYMENT plans are unique in orthodontics.

Coupon Book or Online Payments

1.)  Coupon book requires a 20% down payment and monthly payments with coupons provided for mailing.

2.)  Online using coupons requires 20% down payment and monthly payments using coupons provided.  Our office offers a secure, online account management service called 4YOURSERVICE.com where our patients have around the clock access to their appointment history, current financial information, post online payments and so forth. This is a safe and convenient way to make payments.

Automatic Bank Draft Payments

For this NO DOWN PAYMENT plan, we set up your monthly payment to be automatically drawn on an agreed upon date each month from your checking or savings account. Please provide us with a voided check or deposit slip at your first appointment to get started.

Automatic Credit Card Debit Payments

For this NO DOWN PAYMENT plan, monthly payments will automatically be charged to your credit card or debit card. We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Please provide us with your credit card or debit card information at your first orthodontist appointment.

Cash Discount Option

A full payment within 90 days of the beginning of treatment will result in a 5% discount.

Insurance

We accept and file most insurance plans.

Dental Discount Plans

Currently our office participates with the following discount dental plans; American National Dental Services, Inc., Ameriplan Dental, Careington International Cooperation, Concordia Access, Dental Plans of America, Uni-Care, Inc, and Plan Plus Membership.  If you participate in one of these or another plan, please inform our office and ask for details.  Your card must be presented at the consultation appointment.
